Please review the following terms and conditions before placing your order. Please be advised that before placing your order, you agree to be bound by these rules.


1. Age limit

The online store e-metalshop.gr sells products only to persons over 18 years of age and reserves the right to refuse the sale in any other case.


2. Working hours

The e-metalshop.gr is an online store and, therefore, is accessible to its visitors / customers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, telephone or electronic communication with the shop is possible within the hours 9:00 - 15:00 , weekdays and Saturdays except public holidays.


3. Description of Services

The e-metalshop.gr provides full services for the acquisition of its products. These services include purchase via internet, mail, fax, telephone, confirmation of your purchase, choice of payment methods, proper packaging, shipping to your place safely and receipt or invoice delivery note.


4. Order

The amount shown on the site includes 24% VAT, but does not include the transport costs. The prices are listed on the respective page of the site, where the user chooses the way in which he/she wishes the shipment / payment to be made, or you can see them in detail on the receipt you will receive with your purchase. e-metalshop.gr is not responsible for anything that happens beyond what can be controlled, i.e. it is not responsible for loss, late orders or interruption of telephone, power, program software or other systems. However, it remains at the disposal of its users-customers to smooth out any problems.


5. Order Confirmation

From e-metalshop.gr you will receive a notification confirming your order within 24 hours of its online entry and only then, the order becomes binding. We encourage you to print this page and keep it as a receipt until you receive the legal receipt of the product. Your order will be confirmed by e-mail, fax and/or sms. On the receipt that will accompany your product upon receipt, you will find the full purchase amount, including all costs and taxes that may be mandatory. In case you wish, there is the possibility of issuing an invoice instead of a simple receipt, but you must be informed beforehand.


6. Packaging

The e-metalshop.gr is responsible for ensuring the proper packaging of your products, each according to its specificities. The packaging includes security packaging, both internally and externally, for better protection. If, however, a product is detected on receipt which is not intact, it will be replaced at our expense, after immediate telephone notification by the customer. The e-metalshop.gr reserves the right to check the product, in order to decide on its condition and whether the customer is responsible or not.


7. Delivery

The delivery of products is carried out, except in cases of cash on delivery, after e-metalshop.gr receives the full amount of the order. Delivery is made immediately from the date of confirmation of the order. Detailed information is hosted in the "Shipments & Returns" section of the site (bottom). The delivery period does not include delays due to strikes or other unexpected situations (see weather conditions, etc.).


8. Transport costs

The final cost depends on the destination (inaccessible locations, outlying islands, places outside Greece), the volume and weight of the order. In any case, the customer is informed of the total charge before completing the order.


9. Payment methods

Customers of e-metalshop.gr can choose from the following payment options for their orders:

  • Cash on delivery

  • Credit Card

The completion of each order is subject to payment for both the specific item and the transport costs.


10. Shipping / delivery methods

Depending on the address of the recipient, the delivery of orders is carried out either by an employee of the company by the same means, or by a courier service, or through an agency / post office, in special cases. In addition, the customer has the option to receive his order from the physical store of the company, upon request, free of charge.


11. Issue of receipt / invoice

The company is obliged to issue a retail receipt (or an invoice based on information provided by the customer) for each purchase.


12. Quality Guarantee/Returns

The team of e-metalshop.gr, utilizing its long experience and expertise in the field, guarantees the storage and maintenance of the items in the store's catalogue under professional conditions. In addition, it makes every effort to ensure that each item is delivered to the customer in perfect condition. In case of any defect in the product or in its packaging, the customer is requested to contact e-metalshop.gr within five (5) working days, in order to arrange either the replacement of the product or the return of the money by credit to a bank account or credit card (not in cash).


13. Restrictions of Use

The entire content of the site is registered under EU law and is protected by international copyright law and international procurement contracts. Material from e-metalshop.gr as well as related services may not be copied, distributed or transmitted in any way unless authorised by e-metalshop.gr. Users of the site may download a copy of some or all of the material for personal, non-commercial use provided that they do not modify the material in any way, nor delete or alter anything related to the copyright and authenticity mark. All material on this site is provided for legal use only.


14. Limitations of Liability

The e-metalshop.gr is not responsible for technical errors of any type, both in the computer and in the software used, for problems in the network connection or for incomplete, unclear or delayed transmissions. In no event shall it be liable for damages resulting from the use of material from this address.

Account details

You do not need to have an account to use or make a purchase from the e-metalshop. If you choose to create an account we will ask you for the following information:

  • Phone
  • Address info
  • Login Password

The above data are not publicly displayed. Only your name is displayed when you log in with the password, which only you know. By providing the above information you can easily make your online purchases, without having to fill out the order form every time. You can also monitor the progress of your order as well as the history of all your orders. These data are also used by our store's specialized staff to send the products of your order.

You can also choose if you want to receive updates from offers and news of our store.


Shipping / Billing Information

If you make a purchase through the e-metalshop, we will ask you for the billing and shipping details of the products you purchase. The invoicing details are used to issue the receipt or invoice document and are stored in a secure manner by e-metalshop to which only qualified personnel of our store have access.

To enable us to process your order, we share the shipping details with the transport company where they will deliver your goods.

If you choose to pay by card, your card details are not stored by the e-metalshop, they are entered in the payment form of the partner bank.

The "web price" indication on the products on our page, e-metalshop.gr, means that the specific products have a different price if they are purchased through the e-metalshop.gr online store than the price at which they are available in the physical our store. e-metalshop.gr bears no responsibility and does not cover price differences of products purchased from our physical store and the customer subsequently discovered the existence of the product with a lower price on e-metalshop.gr.


18. Right of Withdrawal

Any customer who purchases a product from e-metalshop.gr reserves the right, within fourteen (14) calendar days, to return the product or products purchased for any reason, even unnecessarily, and to request a replacement with another product, or a refund.
